Hey, I'm Anthony, also known as AntAir. I'm a musician and artist focused on the intersection between corporate abstraction, palatability, and deeply personal authenticity.
I'm based out of the Phoenix/Tempe area. The desert has a way of being so hot that your brain stops working.
Most of my work lives in long-form music projects. I'm not interested in singles as much as I am in cohesion, albums that feel intentional front to back, with visual identities that matter just as much as the sound. I lean toward maximalism, but it is always structured. Nothing is there by accident.
A lot of what I create centers around identity, emotional hysteria, and internal conflict. Not in an abstract way, more like documenting patterns as they actually show up, even when they are messy or contradictory.
I have made a lot of mistakes, and most of them follow patterns I can see more clearly now than I could at the time. Growth for me has been less about fixing everything and more about learning how to recognize what is actually happening while I am in it. That process is ongoing, and it shows up in the work whether I intend it to or not.
I come back often to Søren Kierkegaard, especially the idea that life is understood backward but lived forward.
Outside of music, I build frameworks that turn interest into action. That same mindset carries into my creative work. Structure matters, systems matter, and if something falls apart under scrutiny, it is not finished.
I have spent years working with DBT skills, and that has shaped how I approach both art and life. Paying attention to patterns, questioning defaults, and being honest about what is actually there instead of what would be easier to present.
This website exists because everyone should have their own corner of the internet that isn't owned by a corporation.
